about me

I discovered my true purpose after leading my growing company and managing executive teams for over 30 years. During these years, I found that I had developed a passion for coaching and mentoring, which reflected my leadership style.

I am Thierry Allegrucci

After successfully selling my first company and moving to a new executive position in another firm, I discovered the EOS® system. I was immediately captivated by its simplicity and effectiveness. This holistic system addresses all the issues I struggled with throughout my entrepreneurial career: lack of processes, accountability, and, most importantly, traction.

That's when I decided to combine my two passions, entrepreneurship and the EOS system, to become a professional EOS Implementor.

My goal is to help entrepreneurs and their executive teams take control of their destiny and embarking on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and fulfillment.

My background

With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique and a specialized graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) from HEC, I started my own business at the age of 27 by co-founding Flextor, a manufacturing company in the industrial sector.

This 16-year journey took me all over the world with international clients and contracts, and helped me grow as an entrepreneur.

After selling the business, I continued my career as the head of Fives Solios, a subsidiary of the French industrial group Fives, specializing in air pollution control. After more than thirty years in my career, I decided it was time to give back to others.

That's why I founded Stratégium: to help entrepreneurs take better control of their business and to assist them in realizing their vision.
